Every Move Counts is a programme of up to 12 weekly sessions, created for anyone living with a long-term health condition who currently does less than 30 minutes of physical activity per week.

It’s designed for people who may find it difficult to be active due to their health – whether physical, mental, or both.

If moving more feels challenging right now, this programme will help you gently build activity into your daily life in a safe, manageable and supportive way.

How Does the Programme Work?

  • You’ll be supported by a friendly and experienced activity coach.
  • The coach will help you gradually add more movement to your routine – nothing too fast or overwhelming.
  • The focus is on making lasting changes to your habits, so you keep feeling better over time.

Who Can Join?

You can join Every Move Counts if you’re living with any long-term health condition that makes it harder to be active.
